CANCELATIONS AND PAYMENT POLICIES

REGULAR POLICIES
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 3 days before arrival.

POLICIES FOR SUMMER AND HOLIDAYS
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.

POLICIES FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR AND EASTER
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: $ 1,500 pesos per stay, which will be returned upon departure if there is no damage to the room or others.

*THE HOTEL DOES NOT ADMIT MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE INDICATED IN THE RESERVATION.
*VISITS ARE ACCEPTED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST AND WITH CERTAIN TIMES DURING THE DAY (IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SPEND THE NIGHT FOR GUESTS) AND THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF GUESTS PER VISIT.

HOTEL RULES

Strictly prohibited :

a) Make annoying noises, provoke altercations, introduce musicians and in general any act that disturbs or bothers the Guests

b) Use the rooms for games of chance prohibited by law or hold meetings that have the purpose of disturbing public order or disobeying the laws or regulations in force.

c) Use the electrical current and the mechanical equipment installed in your room for purposes other than those for which they are intended.

d) Deteriorate the decoration or goods of the Hotel giving them an improper destination to that of their service.

e) Execute any act that causes damage to the Hotel or other guests, or that is contrary to decorum or social behavior.

f) Introduce animals to the Hotel.

g) Smoking in the Hotel facilities.

h) Illegal consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances in the Hotel facilities. This infraction will be reported immediately to the corresponding Authorities.

i) Receive visits of any kind.

The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the lodging service when the aforementioned prohibitions are violated, without the offending Guest having the right or any reduction in their debt for the lodging or services received, being also obliged to pay or indemnify the damages caused by its proceeds

Guests will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered with the Hotel, in any case they will give prior notice to the reception of the Hotel of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered, on the understanding that each additional person will have an additional cost to the price established in the reservation. In no case may the number of people staying in each room be greater than the capacity assigned by the Hotel to each room. The Hotel does not guarantee the availability of spaces for additional occupants that have not been indicated in the reservation, being the responsibility of the Guest.

It is the obligation of the Guests to inform the Hotel administration of illnesses or contagious diseases of the occupants; the deaths, infractions or crimes that occur in the establishment and that are of your knowledge, so that the Hotel can in turn take the appropriate measures and report immediately to the authority when appropriate. Any valuable object, such as: computer, electronic, audiovisual or telecommunications equipment, jewelry, or cash that the Guest introduces to the Hotel facilities are the exclusive responsibility of the Guest, delimiting the Hotel for what could happen to them.

The Hotel is not responsible for the total or partial loss of the vehicles of the Guests during their stay at the Hotel, nor for the damage caused to them for any reason (natural, force majeure, willful or reckless) or for any type of mechanical or electronic failure, since said vehicles will remain at the entire disposal and care of the Guests in the place where they decide to park it, for the same reason the Hotel will not charge any fee for the use of the parking in its facilities, nor will it ask or will safeguard the keys of the vehicles of the Guests.

The Hotel does not have a valet-parking service, nor is there any person responsible for taking care of the vehicles of the Guests, and in this sense, in the event that the Guest leaves his vehicle in the Hotel parking lot, he accepts that it is under his entire responsibility and care. THE COMMITMENT OF EVERYONE THE COMMITMENT OF EVERYONE

The Hotel is not responsible for the behavior of the Guests, nor for the objects of the Guests, nor for the substances or materials that they bring into the room or remain under the Hotel's protection in the luggage room, since the Hotel staff is not empowered to check the luggage, for which the Guest accepts responsibility and payment or compensation for any damages that may be generated.

The Hotel will only accept in safekeeping the suitcases and luggage of the Guests on the day of their arrival or departure. The deposit of jewelry and valuables may be made at any time during the Guest's stay.

The Hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to the Guest on his person or his things during his stay, caused by unauthorized third parties (eg, theft, robbery) as well as for damage caused by force majeure.

The Guest accepts that he has the inescapable obligation to register at the Hotel by providing those responsible with his identity document at the time of his entry.

The guest exonerates the Hotel from all responsibility for accidents involving children and elderly people or those who require special attention, and in any case, the responsibility will always be attributable to the parents or those who have the guardianship or custody of these people; such as, but not limited to: fractures, setbacks, minor or serious injuries, scorpion bites and other insects and even drowning in tanks and pools, etc.

The Hotel does not authorize access to the rooms occupied by the Guests to any person who has not been previously and expressly registered or is a guest of the hotel, in any case, it reserves the right not to allow visits from other people in the room.

Reservations must contain the exact number of guests that are going to enter the room, otherwise there will be an extra charge per person, as long as the maximum capacity of the occupied room is not exceeded. (the maximum capacity changes depending on the room)

The Guest has the inescapable obligation to register by perfectly filling out the registration card established by the Company, providing an official identification at the time of registration. When Guests are a pre-contracted group, their representative will fill out registration cards or provide lists that meet the requirements. The Hotel will deny accommodation to the Guest who does not comply with this requirement and is entitled to demand, if it deems it appropriate, the identification of the applicant and of the people who accompany him to the lodging. Minors entering the Hotel must register before staying and always represented by an adult, who will be responsible for them. In all cases in which the payment of the room is made by credit or debit card, these must be in the name of the Guest or one of their companions. In any case, the cardholder must present their card and official identification at the time of registration.

There is a restaurant in the hotel, the guest's consumption is their responsibility and has an extra cost since it is independent of the hotel.

The hotel does not offer any type of food included.
